Hi, I'm Samantha Wood, a Midwest mama with a background in Nursing and a passion for helping others detoxify their life. I will assist you on identifying what decisions you are making that may be impacting the level of your wellness. I firmly believe that the ticket to a healthy life is rooted in our day to day decisions and choices. Which is great news! That means that the power is totally in your hands if you're wanting to clear out some habits that are not serving your optimal level of health. Work with me and we will go through a systematic approach and pinpoint what are some of the factors that are impacting your health right now. By offering suggestions and support, I will not only hold you accountable for your dedication to a (almost) toxic free lifestyle, but I will be rooting for you every step of the way! Believe me, I get it. Changing our day to day routines when we have a million other things going on can seem overwhelming. As a mama of three, I've learned how to integrate healthy choices into my busy days and along the way I'm teaching my children how they too can take care of their own bodies. Being a model for conscious living and aligned health decision making is crucial especially in the state of the world right now. Temptation is everywhere and corporations have put additives in many foods that keep us in this loop of craving! Not only that, we are exposed to many industrial pollutants as well. So even if you're uber organic, toxins may still play a role in the level of your health. Toxicity isn't just in food or beauty product form. I believe that our emotions play a huge role in our health as well. It is completely normal to have a myriad of emotions throughout the day, yet when we are stuck in these patterns that's when the body becomes overloaded and stressed. With me, you will learn how to navigate through these emotions and how they are showing up in the body. I like to think that the body has its own language and we just have to listen and ask the right questions to understand what its communicating to us!
